The newest Eagle Series offering is a traditional stout brewed with pale malt, barley flakes, roasted barley, and black malt. Clocking in at 25 IBUs, the beer delivers smooth, balanced bitterness with a dry finish designed for extended enjoyment.
In the glass, the stout pours an opaque black with ruby highlights and a lasting tan head. Aromas of coffee and cocoa lead the way, supported by notes of toasted bread and subtle grain sweetness. Flavor profiles include espresso, dark chocolate, and light char, balanced by gentle malt sweetness and a creamy body derived from barley flakes. Medium carbonation and a clean profile make it an approachable stout for both seasoned craft drinkers and those newer to the style.
