James Fitzgerald, age 77, passed away on February 22, 2026.
James was born in Pottsville, PA to the late Charles Fitzgerald and Bernice (O'Brien) Fitzgerald.
Jim was an avid outdoors man. His greatest passion was hunting whitetail deer in Pennsylvania and black bear in Canada at Poirier Territory that is owned by his good friend Frank Poirier. Jim had made this trip 49 times going once a year always willing to take anyone along for fishing or hunting and would always help a fellow outdoors man learn the trade. He will always be known to his family as the Master Hunter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernice his mother and Charles his father
He is survived by his brother Daniel Fitzgerald wife Sandy, younger brother Michael, niece Rebecca Gilbert husband Marty, niece Erika Croneberger husband Bruce also four nephews Jacob and Aaron Gilbert, Brayden and Elijah Croneberger.
Services for James Fitzgerald will be held privately by the family at a later date of their choosing.

LaSandra Marie Stine, 82, of Newtown, passed away at home, peacefully Thursday, February 26th, surrounded by her loving family.LaSandra was born in Pottsville, on October 15, 1943, a daughter of the late Helen T. (Postick) and Charles J. McKendry Sr.
She was the widow of Edward J. Stine who died November 20, 2014.
LaSandra is survived by a daughter, Bonniejean DiMaria, a son, Edward J Stine Jr. Three sisters, Laverne Scheib, Roseann Yuhas, Kathleen Kocher, and a brother, Charles J. McKendry Jr. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Jamie, husband of Ashley Stine, Felicia Stine, Leonardo and Francesca DiMaria, Great grandchildren, Ashtyn Thomas, Gavin and Ellie Grace Stine. God child/ niece Charlene and many nieces and nephews.
All Services are private.
Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations made in her memory to the charity of your choice.

Born in Pottsville, Wednesday, June 30, 1965, a son of the late Oscar Mitchem and Elaine Kreiser Kopenitz. He was a 1983 graduate of Pine Grove Area High School.
Mitch proudly served in the United States Navy for 10 years.
Before becoming ill, Mitch was a truck driver, working for numerous trucking companies, including Tribe Transportation.
He was a volunteer firefighter, belonging to the Donaldson and North End Fire Companies. Mitch was also a member of the Brookside Gun Club.
He enjoyed being in the outdoors, whether it would be hunting, fishing, or riding his dirt bike and four wheeler. In his younger years, he enjoyed being on a softball league and was a coach for Little Dutchmen Football. Mitch was also very handy and a talented mechanic.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jessica Shuey Mitchem; a daughter, Morgan Rowland; four sons, Michael Mitchem, Jarod Shuey, Mason Mitchem, and Devan Mitchem; five grandchildren, Tatum, Elizabeth, and Alayna Mitchem, and Harper and Trenton Rowland; a brother, Gordon Mitchem.
