According to troopers, the incident happened around 2:13 p.m. on March 22, 2026, along West Centre Street.
Troopers say unknown individuals operating a green Dodge pickup truck, believed to be a 1994–2001 model, were towing a small utility trailer when they allegedly dumped a large amount of trash at a location where they were not authorized to do so.
After the dumping, the vehicle was seen traveling west on West Lloyd Street before leaving the area in an unknown direction.
State Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact the Frackville barracks at (570) 874-5300.
The investigation remains ongoing.
