Three individuals are wanted on charges filed by the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven following an incident last week in Mechanicsville Borough.
According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Troop L, Schuylkill Haven Patrol Unit, the incident occurred at a residence in the 900 block of Port Carbon Street.
State Police allege that on February 27, 2026, Anthony Nathani Fordham, 50, of Schuylkill Haven; Katie Ann Serrano, 29, of Pottsville; and Nicole M. Ervolino, 43, of Pottsville, arrived at the victim’s property without permission.
Police say Fordham kicked the victim’s door and entered the residence. Court documents state that Serrano and Ervolino stood between the door and the victim during the incident. The victim repeatedly told the parties to leave the residence, but they allegedly refused and only departed after 9-1-1 was contacted.
A canvass of the area for the defendants resulted in negative contact, and authorities have requested arrest warrants in the case.
