Firefighters responded to the scene of a working house fire in the city of Pottsville early Wednesday.
The call came in just after 12:30am with units being dispatched to 720 West Norwegian Street for a report of a house fire.
The first units arriving reported flames came from the 2nd floor of the home.
The fire would be brought under control within 30 minutes of arrival.
The American Red Cross was requested for the victims, and a State Police Fire Marshal was called to investigate the cause.
By 1:45sm, all units except 68-25 were cleared from the scene.
