Tamaqua’s Sam Vinc and Our Lady of Lourdes Regional’s Vivian Reiprish repeated as champions at the 2026 Schuylkill League Individual Golf Championships held Monday, September 21, at Schuylkill Country Club.
Vinc Wins Boys’ Championship at Even Par
Vinc was the only golfer in the boys’ field to finish at par, carding an even-par 72 to claim the championship by three strokes.
Schuylkill Haven’s Alan Evans finished second with a 3-over 75, while teammate Eli Barton placed third with a 6-over 78.
Blue Mountain’s Dylan Knittle and Minersville’s Garrett Sukeena tied for fourth after each shot a 10-over 82.
Reiprish Repeats as Girls’ Champion
Reiprish captured the girls’ championship with an 11-over 83, finishing three strokes ahead of Minersville’s Emma Troutman, who shot a 14-over 86.
Schuylkill Haven’s Giuliana Hughes placed third with a 16-over 88, followed by Panther Valley’s Callie Kosiolek with a 39-over 111.
Both champions improved upon their winning scores from a year ago. Vinc shot a 2-over 74 and Reiprish recorded a 14-over 86 to win the 2025 championships.
The Schuylkill League Team Golf Championship is scheduled for Tuesday, September 22, at Hidden Valley Golf Course.
