SHENANDOAH — The Greater Shenandoah Area Historical Society will conclude its 2026 presentation season on , with a free program exploring the history of early medicine in Shenandoah.

Andy Ulicny will discuss the hospitals that served the Shenandoah area, the doctors who cared for local residents and the prescriptions used during the town’s earlier years.

The program will provide a look at how medical care developed in the community and the people and institutions that shaped Shenandoah’s health care history.
