Cass Township and State Police are investigating a church burglary.
According to Cass Township Police, they are working with the Pennsylvania State Police Forensics Unit out of Reading to investigate a burglary at the St. Kierans Church in Heckscherville, Cass Township.
Police say they believe at least 5 suspects are involved, broke in the church through a rear door, cut out numerous church pews along with pipes and electrical wiring, then smashed a side window to remove the items.
