McAdoo Fire Unveils Memorial Walls

The annual Memorial Walls were unveiled Saturday by the McAdoo Fire Department.

On Saturday November 24th, 2018 the McAdoo Fire Company unveiled the annual Memorial Walls to the public.


The walls were blessed before the public and members of the McAdoo Fire Department by Father Gregory Hosler, the pastor of Saint Michael’s Byzantine Catholic Church in McAdoo.

The Fire Company unveiled the first wall at 6:00pm in Tresckow at the Tresckow Ball Field Memorial, then members moved to Kelayres to unveil the second wall which was placed in front of the McAdoo Machine Shop located on the Kelayres Road.

Finally members unveiled the 3rd and final wall at their Kennedy Drive Station.

Members of the public were then invited for some refreshments after the unveiling of the McAdoo Memorial wall.

The Memorial walls will be up until after the new year.

The public is encouraged to stop by and take some time at the walls.
