Russell earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed both his internship and internal medicine residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Darby, Pa.

Russell joins his father, Richard B. Russell, DO, who has maintained a Pine Grove medical practice for many years.
