Ringtown Man Not Injured After Hitting Tree and Utility Pole in East Union Township Crash

A Ringtown man was not injured after a crash in East Union Township.


According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred on Thursday, February 2020 around 4:50pm.

Police say Duane Kline, 62, Ringtown was travelling north on Phineyville Road, in East Union Township, when he travelled off the road and struck a tree with his Subaru Legacy.

After hitting the tree, he struck a utility pole causing disabling damage to the Legacy.

Kline was not injured in the crash but was transported via Shenandoah Ambulance.

Assisting police at the scene was the Shenandoah EMS and Sheppton Oneida Fire Company.
