Man Uninjured After Crashing into Parked Vehicle in Ashland

A man walked away without injuries after a crash in Ashland Friday morning.

Around 6:40am, Friday, emergency personnel in Ashland were dispatched to the 600 Block of Centre Street for a motor vehicle accident.

In the crash, a man travelling west on Centre Street in a Ram 1500 veered to the right and crashed into a parked School Students van.

Fire personnel were called off but members from the Washington Fire Company and American Hose Company, already on-scene, assisted with cleanup.

The driver of the truck was evaluated by EMS from the Washington Ambulance with no injuries reported.

A frosted/fogged windshield is believed to have been a factor in the crash.

The Pennsylvania State Police from Frackville responded and are investigating.
