A Schuylkill County official has been called to the scene of a crash in East Union Township.
Around 2:30pm, emergency personnel were called to a motor vehicle accident at 895 Main Boulevard/Route 924, near Sheppton with injuries. The vehicle involved was reported to be down an embankment and conditions at the time of the crash were reported to be very icy.
As EMS was responded and police were on-scene CPR was in progress.
A short time later, a Schuylkill County Deputy Coroner was called to the scene.
