The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident that lost a woman over $3,000.
According to Troopers, a woman from Schuylkill County made a report to police that she lost money and exposed her personal information in connection with a scam through Facebook messenger and other online applications.
Over the course of three transactions, the woman lost a total of $3,575.
State Police continue to investigate.
