Frackville Man with Active Arrest Warrant Provides False Identification to Police

 

A Frackville man was taken into custody last week after a traffic stop.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021, around 6:30pm, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of South Garfield Avenue and South Middle Street.

The passenger in the vehicle, Jesse Morit, 34, of Frackville, provided a false identification to police and was later found to have an active warrant for his arrest.

Morit was taken into custody and transported to Schuylkill County Prison.

State Police will file additional charges for providing the false identification to law enforcement.
