The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an incident that occurred late Sunday in Ashland.
According to the Corporal Brian Cipko of the Frackville Barracks, between 10:00pm and 11:00pm Sunday evening, Troopers responded to a disturbance between neighbors in the 1300 Block of Spruce Street.
As a result of the incident, an adult female was injured and had to be taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Corporal Cipko said the incident is still under investigation and more information will be available once it's complete.
