The body of a Pottsville woman that was reported missing was found on Thursday.
On Wednesday, Pottsville Police, along with the Pennsylvania State Police at Hamburg announced that they were attempting to locate Tatyana Johnson, 47, of Pottsville.
Johnson's reportedly left her home the evening of Thursday, February 17th, 2022 and did not return.
On Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022, Johnson’s bronze Toyota Sienna van was found parked at the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary property.
On Thursday, Pottsville police announced their search for Johnson had ended after she was found deceased.
Police did not say where her body was found but did say there is no evidence of criminal activity. Her death is still under investigation.
