Schuylkill County Detectives Seek Shamokin Man for
Failing to Appear for Preliminary Hearing

Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate man that failed to appear for his preliminary hearing.

Aquil Maliq Lee, 29, of Shamokin, is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches in height and weighs 170 lbs. Aquil Maliq Lee failed to appear at Magisterial District Court 21-3-03 on May 24, 2022 for his preliminary hearing.

Lee was schedule to appear on a charge of Possession Of Firearm Prohibited – Felony 2.

His last known address is 228 W. Independence St, Shamokin Pa 17872.
