The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the death of an infant in Luzerne County.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Hazleton, on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 around 2:50pm, Troopers responded to 206-701 West 24th Street, in Hazle Township for a report of an unresponsive 3-month old boy.
The child was discovered in bed with an adult male who was asleep at that time.
The child was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital in Hazleton where he was pronounced deceased.
The Troop N Hazleton Criminal Investigation Unit is conducting an investigation into the death.
