A mechanical failure led to a crash in Shenandoah.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred on Sunday, September 4th, 2022 around 3:20am on South Ferguson Street in Shenandoah.
Troopers say Leonardo Carrasco, 22, of Shenandoah was traveling on West Poplar Street when the front passenger side wheel fell off his Jeep Cherokee.
Carrasco was unable to control his vehicle and crashed into a parked Chevrolet Equinox then crashed into a pole.
No injuries were reported.
