Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate a Tamaqua man who failed to make a court appearance.
Richard M. Catena, 43, with a last known address of 259 Lafayette St. Apt # 2, Tamaqua failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on September 14, 2022 for status conference.
Original charges include:
- Burglary-Overnight Accommodations, Person Present, Bodily Injury Crime – Felony 1
- Criminal Trespass-Break Into Structure – Felony 2,
- Impersonating A Public Servant – Misdemeanor 2.
Catena is described as is a white male, 5 feet 5 inches in height and weighs 175 lbs.
