Minersville Man Wanted After Failing to Appear to Serve Prison Sentence

Schuylkill County Detectives are seeking a Minersville man who failed to show up for his prison sentence.

Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locate Victor Manuel Moulier, 45, of Minersville.

Moulier, is described as a White Hispanic male, 5 feet 11 inches in height and weighs approximately 165 lbs. 

Moulier failed to appear at the Schuylkill County Prison on November 14, 2022, to begin serving his prison sentence at a State Correctional Facility, Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. 

Victor Manuel Moulier was sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of not less than 2 years nor more than 5 years.

His original charges included felony Criminal Trespass-Break into Building and Theft-by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, and misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct.

His last known address was 114 Westwood Street, Minersville, PA 17954.
