The Pennsylvania State Police are looking to identify a man that damaged property in Pine Grove Township earlier this month.
According to Troopers from the Schuylkill Haven barracks, the incident happened on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, around 12:17am.
An unknown male drove onto a property on Roberts Road in a dark colored Chevrolet Pickup truck and used the truck and a tow strap to tear 2 metal handrails out of a set of concrete steps.
After doing the damage, he fled the scene. The incident was caught on a surveillance camera.
