One person was transported to the hospital after a truck rollover on Interstate 81 on Sunday morning.
The crash occurred around 7:30am in the northbound lanes of Interstate 81 in Ryan Township at mile marker 125.9.
State Police say Ronald Pedersen, 60, of Woodford, VT was driving his International Harvester MV-6 northbound when he left the roadway and began traveling along the west shoulder. He lost control of his truck when he attempted to steer back onto the highway causing him to overturn.
His truck blocked both northbound lanes.
Pederson was not injured but his passenger, Donald Barnes, 71, of Richmondville, NY was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Pederson will be cited for the crash.
Responding to the scene were Good Will Fire Company and Altamont Fire Company along with Frackville Ambulance.
