Frackville Man Wanted on Warrant Taken into Custody; Found in Possession of Stolen Guns


A Frackville man wanted on a warrant was taken into custody last week and found in possession of stolen firearms.

According to Frackville Police, on Thursday, March 9, 2023, Schuylkill County Adult Probation and Frackville Police, along with Pa State Police also assisting, took into custody Jason Pryce, 37, of Frackville, pursuant to an outstanding, active arrest warrant. 

After being taken into custody, Pryce was found to be in possession of two rifles that had been reported stolen to the Frackville Police Department. 

Pryce was committed to Schuylkill County Prison pursuant to the active warrant. 

On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, Pryce arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Edward Tarantelli on charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Persons Not to Possess Firearms, filed by Police Chief Paul Olson.

Pryce remains locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $25,000 straight cash bail.
