According to Minersville Police, Todd Allen Generella, 51, of 300 Lewis Street, Apartment 505, Minersville was charged by Patrolman Jeffrey Bowers with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Friday, March 10th, 2023.
The investigation began with Bowers and the Schuylkill County Housing Authority receiving complaints of suspected drug activity from Generella on the grounds of the Minersville High Rise.
A joint investigation began between the Minersville Police Department, Coal Region Consulting & Investigations and the Schuylkill County Housing Authority in which physical surveillance was conducted on Generella and the Minersville High Rise.
Based upon evidence gathered, Bowers obtained a search warrant, and it was executed on Friday.
The search warrant resulted in quantities of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia being seized.
Generella will face charges through District Court 21-3-01, David Plachko in Port Carbon.
The investigation into additional parties involved in ongoing.
