Schuylkill County District Attorney Michael O’Pake and the Schuylkill County Detectives are asking the public to help locating a Pottsville man.
Jimie Joe Ciccanti, 60, with a last known address of 501 Fairview Street, Pottsville is wanted for failing to appear at the Schuylkill County Courthouse for jury selection for two of his cases. There are two active bench warrants for his arrest.
The original charges in his first case are Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance – Impaired Ability – Misdemeanor, and Habitual Offenders violation – Misdemeanor 2.
The original charges for his second case are Habitual Offenders – Misdemeanor 2, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended/Revoked – Subsequent Offense – Misdemeanor 3.
Ciccanti is described as being 5 feet 8 inches in height and weighs approximately 200 lbs. for Jimie Joe Ciccanti. Jimie Joe Ciccanti failed to appear at the Courthouse on January 19, 2021 for Jury Selection on two cases.
