The incident occurred on April 1st, 2023 when the woman showed up at the home in the video, looking for help and going inside the home.
The homeowner talked to the woman, who didn't know where she was, and clearly confused. She had told the homeowner she spent the night on the porch of a home on South Spencer Street, a few blocks away, and resided in Pottsville and had moved there from New Jersey.

She also had no cell service.
After providing 2 Pottsville addresses, the homeowner took the woman to one of them and later called police.
