HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: Through Wind and Rain, Marian Catholic Defeats Nativity BVM

In a high school football clash between the Marian Catholic Colts and the Nativity BVM Green Wave, the weather made things extra challenging with heavy rain and gusty winds.
The first quarter saw some action with only 2 minutes left on the clock. Marian Catholic's Quarterback Dylan Rodino dashed into the end zone for a 2-yard touchdown. Unfortunately, their extra point attempt was blocked, but they still managed to secure a 6-0 lead as the quarter ended.

As the game rolled on, the Colts continued their momentum. Running Back Rory Dixon from Marian Catholic punched in another 2-yard touchdown run, but they couldn't convert the 2-point conversion, making the score 12-0 in favor of the Colts.

In the third quarter, with just under 3 minutes to go, Nativity's tight end Aaron Sinko powered through with a 1-yard touchdown run. However, they missed the extra point, leaving the score at Marian Catholic 12, Nativity BVM 6.

The game turned into a back-and-forth battle of running plays as both teams fought hard through the miserable weather conditions. In the end, with an interception by Marian Catholic's Frie, they gained the upper hand.

With the clock winding down, Marian Catholic successfully held their lead, and the final score stood at Marian Catholic 12, Nativity BVM 6. It was a tough and wet battle, but the Colts emerged victorious in this high school football showdown.
