Frackville Man Faces Charges for Buying Alcohol for Minors


A Frackville man faces charges for buying alcohol for 3 under the age of 21.

According to Frackville Police, on Friday, October 20, 2023, around 10:30pm, Frackville Police Officer Brian Reno had contact with three juveniles that were in possession of seven 24-ounce cans of Steele Reserve alcoholic beverage.

During an investigation, officers discovered that Glenn Lugo Santiago, 26, of Frackville had purchased alcohol for the minors from the Quart House six pack shop in Frackville. During an interview, Santiago admitted to purchasing alcoholic beverages for the juveniles knowing that they were not of legal age.

Officer Reno charged Santiago with corruption of minors and furnishing alcohol to minors. 

The three juveniles were cited for possession of alcohol by minors. 

The juveniles and Santiago will have to respond to the charges at District Justice Tarantelli’s office.
