State Police at Frackville are investigating the theft of a vehicle that occurred early morning hours of Monday, June 9th, 2025 in Gilberton.
According to a police report, troopers responded to a residence on Railroad Street around 3:30 AM on June 9th, 2025, after receiving a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim, a 68-year-old man from Gilberton, told police that he parked his white 2017 GMC Yukon Denali outside his home around midnight, leaving the keys inside the vehicle.
When the victim awoke around 3:00 AM, he discovered the SUV was missing. The vehicle is described as a white GMC Yukon Denali with Pennsylvania registration LNE6267. It also features a distinctive Marine Corps sticker on the left side of the tailgate.
