ASHLAND - A man wanted in Florida on serious felony charges was taken into custody Thursday morning in Schuylkill County.
According to authorities, U.S. Marshals, Ashland Police, and Butler Township Police executed an arrest at a residence in the 1300 block of Walnut Street in Ashland around 8:00am on September 25, 2025.
The suspect, identified as Emanuel Bach Collins, 36, of Ashland, was wanted by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in Florida on three felony counts of Malicious and Lascivious Molestation.
Following his arrest, Collins was charged locally by Ashland Police with fugitive from justice. He was transported to Schuylkill County Prison, where he awaits extradition proceedings back to Florida.
