Pottsville Woman Wanted on Two Bench Warrants After Violating Parole and Probation

A Pottsville woman is wanted in Schuylkill County after being declared an absconder in two separate cases for violating the conditions of her parole and probation.
Misty Dawn Schindler, also known as Misty Dawn Schindler-Tackett, 40, is the subject of two active bench warrants. Authorities say she failed to comply with the terms set by the court in both cases.

In the first case, Schindler was charged with:
