The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a retail theft that occurred Friday, November 7, 2025, at Rutter’s Store in Orwigsburg.
According to police, at approximately 11:30 a.m., an unidentified white male entered the convenience store, concealed a bottle of wine inside a red Marlboro racing jacket, and left the premises without paying.
The store manager contacted PSP Schuylkill Haven to report the theft shortly after it occurred.
