Fowler has now been charged with additional charges with an incident that seems to have occurred in Schuylkill Haven prior to the incidents on Route 61.

Fowler was charged by Schuylkill Haven Police on January 20, 2026, in connection with an incident that occurred during the early morning hours of November 11, 2025.

According to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Chief Jeff Walcott, police were dispatched at approximately 3:28 a.m. to the 100 block of East Penn Street for a reported hit-and-run crash involving a vehicle intentionally striking parked cars.

An officer made contact with a nearby resident who reported being awakened by loud banging noises and advised that the incident had been captured on a door camera system. Police later reviewed video footage that allegedly shows a beige Ford Focus traveling eastbound on East Penn Street and intentionally striking the front end of a legally parked 2017 Honda Civic.

Court documents state that the driver exited the vehicle, was identified as Fowler, and then re-entered the Ford Focus. Fowler is accused of placing the vehicle in reverse and intentionally striking the Honda Civic again on the front passenger-side quarter panel. The footage reportedly shows the Ford Focus driving over the Honda Civic’s front passenger-side tire before continuing eastbound.

Additional video footage reviewed by police allegedly shows the Ford Focus positioned next to the Honda Civic and a parked 2012 Dodge Charger. Fowler is accused of rapidly accelerating in reverse, striking the Dodge Charger, and later intentionally striking the Honda Civic a final time before fleeing the scene toward St. John Street.

Police reported that the Ford Focus was later located parked along West Main Street with visible damage consistent with the collisions seen in the video footage. The vehicle was confirmed to be registered to Fowler.

According to victim statements included in the affidavit, both the 2017 Honda Civic and the 2012 Dodge Charger were declared total losses by their respective insurance carriers as a direct result of the damage sustained. The combined estimated loss exceeded $10,000.

Fowler was charged with two felony counts of Criminal Mischief – Damage to Property, four summary counts of Accidents Involving Damage to an Unattended Vehicle or Property, two summary counts of Careless Driving, and two summary counts of Reckless Driving.

She was arraigned on January 21, 2026, before Magisterial District Judge Casimir Kosciolek and remains in Schuylkill County Prison after failing to post $20,000 straight cash bail as well as the bail for the charges filed by State Police in November..

Fowler remains incarcerated, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 24, 2026, before Judge Kosciolek for the Schuylkill Haven incident.
