The Saint Clair Police Department has announced multiple arrests connected to trespassing and drug-related offenses at a homeless camp in Palo Alto Borough.
According to Police Chief Brad Banner, the arrests stem from an ongoing issue at a camp located on private property near Bacon and Collins Streets. Police said they were notified of the situation and have since taken enforcement action at the request of the property owner.
Authorities indicated that patrols in the area will continue, with a focus on enforcing trespassing laws on the property.
Police listed the following individuals among those arrested:
- Raymond Howard Gregory, of Pottsville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and defiant trespass.
- Liliana Maria Fowler, listed as homeless, was charged with defiant trespass.
- Marshall Matthew Barker, of Saint Clair, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and defiant trespass.
The department emphasized that enforcement efforts will remain ongoing as they address concerns related to the encampment.
