Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has announced a temporary road closure on Route 25 in Reiley Township for drainage work that started today.
According to PennDOT, Route 25 will be closed between Commonwealth Drive and Route 209 from May 18, 2026, through May 29, 2026.
The work will be completed by PennDOT maintenance forces and will require a 24-hour closure of the roadway during the project.
A detour will be in place utilizing Interstate 81 and Route 209 while the work is underway.
The closure is scheduled to remain in effect continuously from 12:00 a.m. through 12:00 a.m. daily until the project is completed. PennDOT also noted that rain could cause delays to the schedule.
