Firefighters battled a raging blaze that damaged three homes in Minersville on Wednesday morning.
Emergency crews were dispatched just before 11:00 a.m. to the area of 114 North 4th Street for a reported house fire.
Upon arrival, first responders reported heavy fire showing from the second floor of 116 North 4th Street. The flames quickly spread, affecting three adjoining homes at 114, 116, and 118 North 4th Street.

The fire struck multiple alarms calling in additional manpower.
Despite the extent of the fire, all occupants were reported to have safely escaped the homes.
