Two men face felony charges and a party host faces separate charges after Pennsylvania State Police said shotguns, bows and a $10,000 grizzly bear mount were stolen during a house party on Summer Hill Road.
Felony Charges Filed Following House Party
Police said approximately 80 people attended the party from into .
Trey James Earley, 18, of Saint Clair, was charged with felony theft by unlawful taking and misdemeanor criminal mischief, according to a court docket filed .
Gavin Thomas Earley, 19, was charged with felony receiving stolen property in a separate case filed .
State police identified both men as being from Saint Clair. Gavin Earley’s court docket, however, lists a Mahanoy City home address.
According to police, charges were filed against a person accused of taking the grizzly bear mount and his brother, who allegedly moved stolen property to another location.
Shotguns, Bows and Bear Mount Reported Stolen
State police listed the following property among the items reportedly stolen:
- Benelli 12-gauge shotgun
- Franchi 20-gauge shotgun
- Matthews VXR compound bow
- Mission Youth bow
- Full-body grizzly bear mount valued at $10,000
- Pressure washer
- Baseball gloves
- Hunting knife
- Flashlight
- Bear rug
Police said the grizzly bear mount was located and returned. The investigation into the remaining stolen property is continuing.
Party Host Faces Separate Charges
In a separate case stemming from the party, police said the host, Addison Yoder, 18, of Schuylkill Haven, was charged after a 16-year-old was allegedly present inside the residence.
Yoder’s court docket lists a first-degree misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of children, a third-degree misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct and a summary underage drinking offense.
Yoder’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for before Magisterial District Judge Christian Lengel. The court dockets for Trey and Gavin Earley did not list preliminary hearing dates as of September 25.

The charges are allegations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
