Ashland Woman Charged with Endangering Welfare of Children, Furnishing Alcohol to Minors

An Ashland woman is facing felony and misdemeanor charges after an investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police allegedly found that she supplied alcohol to two underage individuals and placed their welfare at risk.
