* AT 436 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS OF 60 TO 70 MPH. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER TUSCARORA...AND MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... MAHANOY CITY...POTTSVILLE...ST. CLAIR...TAMAQUA...COALDALE...
