In the past couple weeks, news had circulated about two St. Clair restaurants that recently received bad inspection reports from the Department of Agriculture and were considered out of compliance. After follow up inspections were done, both have now passed.

Blaschak Coal Secures Grant to Extract Rare Elements from Anthracite-Based Resources
State Rep. Neal P. Goodman and state Sen. David Argall announced Monday that Blaschak Coal Corp. of Mahanoy City has secured a $25,000 grant that will help the company extract rare earth elements and critical materials/minerals from anthracite-based resources.
