"Sound the Alarm" Event to Provide Smoke Detectors to Ashland Area Residents

The Ashland Fire Department and the American Red Cross are teaming up this Saturday to provide and install smoke detectors.


The event called "Sound the Alarm" will take place this Saturday, January 13, 2018 starting at 8:30am.

Those who wish to receive smoke detectors for their home can contact Ashland Borough Hall at (570) 875-2411 and on Saturday, a member of the American Red Cross will deliver and install them for you.

The American Red Cross has a goal to provide at least 300 smoke detectors by the end of the event.
