According to the New Philadelphia Police Department, on Thursday morning at 1:45am, Police Officers Litwhiler and Dissinger arrested Edward Rodriguez Jr. and Alex Bulino, both Pottsville for felony conspiracy to commit possession with intent to delivers controlled substance(meth), possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
Both were arraigned by on call magisterial district judge David Plachko and committed to county prison on $50,000 straight cash bail.
