10 Cases of Presumed Positive Cases of Coronavirus in Pennsylvania

On Monday, the Pennsylvania Department of Health announced that 10 cases of Presumptive Cases of COVID-19 have now been diagnosed in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania now has 10 presumptive positive cases of coronavirus, seven in Montgomery County, one in Delaware County, one in Wayne County, and one in Monroe County.

Two of the cases are reportedly hospitalized in Montgomery County and Monroe County.

Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine said during a press conference on Monday afternoon that all precautions are being taken and for all Pennsylvanians to continue the following precautions.

Pennsylvanians are reminded to:
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol- based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
  • Cover any coughs or sneezes with your elbow, not your hands.
  • Clean surfaces frequently, such as countertops, light switches, cell phones and other frequently touched areas.
  • Contain if you are sick, you should stay home until you are feeling better.
