Law enforcement is looking for an armed and dangerous subject in the Schuylkill County/Luzerne County areas.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Hazleton, an alert has been published for David Carls, 57, from Frackville.
Carls is considered a person of interest in an armed vehicle theft and arson investigation in Luzerne County on Tuesday morning.
Carl is considered armed and dangerous.
He is reported to be about 5'04" tall, brown/blondish balding hair and beard, and is wearing a knit hat, blue "dickie" style pants and a blue mechanics jacket with "Carls Electric" embroidered on the chest.
He is said to be traveling in a black 2019 Jeep Cherokee bearing PA Registration PZA787B with PA Zoological Society plate a tiger pictured on it with inoperable rear driver side brake light.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 911 immediately and DO NOT APPROACH.
