A fire damaged a home overnight in Tamaqua.
Just before 11:00pm, Saturday night, emergency personnel were called to 139 Mahanoy Street, in Tamaqua for a possible house fire with entrapment.
Tamaqua police were first on scene and reported a fully involved working house fire.
The occupants of the home did escape uninjured.
The fire was brought under control quickly but not before the fire severely damaged the home.
No word on a cause as of this posting.
