Police Looking for Cressona Man Who Threatened to Kill Pottsville Man


The Pottsville Police Department is looking for a Cressona man who threatened to kill a Pottsville man on Friday.

According to Pottsville Police, on Friday, April 15th, 2022, around 3:30pm, City Police investigated a reported aggravated assault that had occurred at 306 West Market Street.
 
The investigation showed that Tamasso James Dino, 23, with a last known address of Cressona, had threatened to kill a 36-year-old Pottsville man with a handgun that Dino was brandishing and then fled the scene prior to police being notified. 

Officers were told at the time of the assault Dino was wearing dark-colored Adidas clothing and was carrying a red backpack.
 
Attempts to locate Dino at the time were negative and a felony arrest warrant was obtained charging Dino with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Recklessly Endangering Another Person and Simple Assault.
