An Orwigsburg man was taken into custody for strangling and assaulting his parents.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022, around 5:00PM, Troopers were dispatched to Pine Boulevard in Deer Lake for an active domestic incident.
At the scene, an investigation determined that Kyle Grube, 29, of Orwigsburg strangled his mother and struck his father, resulting in injury for both of them.
Grube was taken into custody on charges of Strangulation, simple assault, and harassment, arraigned by Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $25,000 straight cash bail.
