Upon arrival it was learned that during the original dispute George Rohrbach Jr., 24, of Pottsville had threatened a 23-year-old Pottsville man with a shotgun.

Rohrbach was located inside 412 E. Market Street and initially refused to exit the residence.

After a short period, Rohrbach did so and was taken into custody without further incident.

The firearm used by Rohrbach was recovered by police and investigators further learned that Rohrbach was designated as a person not to legally possess a firearm due to a past felony conviction.
